Milton Ultimate Club participated in the opening ceremonies for the new indoor bubble facility, which is the venue we use for our winter turf league.  We invited members of the Toronto Rush, who went undefeated in their inaugural season in the American Ultimate Disc League on their way to the championship.

Eric and Cam from the Rush spent time with the kids in attendance showing them some of the basics of throwing and catching as well as some of the rules of Ultimate. We ran a demonstration game of pickup Ultimate with some of our members in attendance as well as some participation from the general public who were curious about the sport.

Mayor Gord Krantz helped us officially open the venue, and Cam and Eric were gracious enough to bring the Rush AUDL Championship Trophy with them and pose for some photos.
